Today, Birmingham’s alt-pop duo Hunger Moon release their captivating new single, Patience.

If you are yet to discover Hunger Moon, then this release is the perfect place to start. Similar to the sounds of Daughter or London Grammar, their previous single Honey left us eager to hear more – and they’ve exceeded expectations with this latest track.

From the first note of Patience, you will begin to understand why Hunger Moon are so well received. Keeping things simple, the track features a straightforward, yet captivating melody that is creatively coupled with powerful lyrics.Hunger MonVocalist, Natalie Jenkins’ unique composition and song-writing is what makes this latest track such a compelling listen – we follow the stream of her inner monologue, and with it feel a reoccurring sense of vulnerability throughout. Partnered with James Attwood’s sweet sounding harmonies, together, they capture heartbreak and self-reflection through a beautiful, melancholy sound.
